super day!

my family loves celebrations of all kinds.. and when we celebrate we try to do it all out.. with themes, costumes, games.. practically the works.. and the fun part is that everyone's up for it!
today, we had a surprise birthday party for my lola.. :) she'll be turning 66 this oct 13 and since its the first time she's celebrating her birthday with us after a long time (she's usually touring another country during her birthdays in the past) we made it extra special! this year, the moms decided to have a super hero theme.. :) with lola being the super mom/lola.. the Incredible mom/lola.. D.A.R.N.A (Darling Always Remembers to do Nice things for All)... hahahha...

so here are the girls of the juan family posing with lola (wearing red).. :) we didn't have time and money to invest on wonder woman costumes so we improvised and had superman's logo printed and sticked to our white shirts.. we also had red capes.. :)


then of course we have the men, who's also game.. so here they are posing before having lunch... my other uncle is ready for battle! notice the plate on his hand! hahahaha.. the juan brothers plus my lolo.. :) aren't they cool? :)


and then of course we have the kids!!! aren't they cute in their super hero costumes? even my cousin anton who's wearing a bob the builder costume.. hahaha.. the youngest of all cousins, sophia, was super adorable in her wonder woman outfit! hahahha..

this is why i love my family so much.. :) hahahha..
